We used to keep bars and weights around the house. But I’ll be 70 in July, and know my limits include remembering my nearly gone L4-L5 disc. :)
Last year, I found out one of my spine discs is gone. If I’m correct about what I’m assuming a disc is, do you have any idea why one would lose a disc?
