I always skip right on by the royals section in the news it’s a goofy time consuming soap opera with no effect on my reality
I wondered if she had gotten prenant - by someone other than her inbred husband.

Who among has taken a family photograph where everyone looks great. They simply moved some faces from one photo to the next. It’s easy enough to do if you have basic photoshop skills. The person who did THAT does not have good basic photoshop skills.

Indeed. Occam's razor. She had a fairly major illness and surgery, which I believe the Palace has admitted to. Otherwise, following 1000 years of Royal tradition, they are not going to give you photos of her waiving from the hospital, play-by-play analysis of her physical condition, or an interview with Oprah where she claims her victimhood.
