I have been in love with Roger Daltrey since I was a teen. Where do I sign up?
Oh, I don’t care about his VIEWS on anything, one way or another. I’d just like to meet him. ;)
So has my longtime BFF from the high school days. We saw The Who many times in many places as teenagers and young adults. DC (a few times), Philly (once), Houston (three times.)
We got to meet them in the early 80s. We had seen their concert at The Summit in Houston the night before. A friend called me the next morning and tipped me off that they were at the Whitehall Hotel and hadn’t appeared in the lobby to check out yet.
We raced over there, programs in hand and there they all were in the lobby. We got all four to sign our programs. Roger was very nice, quite hot with gorgeous eyes and he had his lovely wife Heather with him.
