Colorado’s cannibal. Lol. He was found to be telling the truth about coming back to the camp with the other men dead and being attacked with a hatchet. His story ended up matching the revolver they found at the scene as far as # of shots he had fired, and the other men had been attacked with a hatchet as well. If only they had listened to Chief Ouray and stayed behind til spring.

I’m 400 miles due north of Denver. Used to go there on vacation back in the day when Denver was American and civilized.
Oh yea it’s 66 degrees Fahrenheit and sunny today.
I think that most sane people, if asked if they would eat the flesh of another human, the answer would be a resounding “NO!”. But...ask that same person after they’ve starved for weeks on end, no prospects anytime soon, shoe leather already boiled to soften enough to eat, blizzard blowing for days and the only other option would be to die, the answer may be a bit different. Call me weird, but I’ve always been fascinated by that question.
Pretty sure that I would.
