What is the initiation process?

It is very complex and expensive.

(1) Write something.

(2) Share what you'd like feedback on.

OK, so not really that complex or expensive.

We'd also like your feedback on what other authors share.

I do not know if this would count as "real" writing, but I came up with an idea for a humor comic strip, came up with 120 ideas, and fleshed out over 50 with full daily and Sunday scripts. The problem is, I cannot draw well enough to match the material.

I have been looking for an artist to help create the script, and then submit to a distributor. Old school. I know. I also know that newspapers "are dying". But I believe there is always a market for a good comic strip. While there are a couple of successful web strips (xkcd.com comes to mind), my work was made with the discipline of a 3-4 panel daily and an 8-10 panel Sunday, in the "gag a day" format in mind. The strip is not political.
