Laugh all you want, but Putin is kicking Ukrainians ass without it, so why would he risk it with NATao just chomping at the bit for a wider war. He’s probably saving it for when NATO tries to attack Russia.
Both the Russians and US are not using cutting edge weapons. The US is not using the strongest plates in their tanks. This in not WWIII yet.
