During WWII immense amounts of resources were spent by Allies to conduct strategic bombing campaigns against German - yet German industrial output continued to rise until troops on the ground began physically taking possession of German land.

So these pinprick drone attacks are probably meaningless except as a PR stunt to distract from battlefield losses, and likely to backfire as every such attack reminds Russians that the Western elites are trying to kill them on their own soil, hardening their resolve.

In Albert Speer's biograpy, Inside the Third Reich, Speer says the bombing attacks on German industry was devastating and decided the war on the eastern front. Speer was Germany's chief of ordnance and industry.
