Ballots are mailed out to every registered voter in California for every election.
After ballots are mailed out, voters can fill out, sign, and return their ballot by mail and track the ballot’s progress online.
Registered voters can track their ballots online as part of the “Where’s My Ballot?” tool offered by the California Secretary of State.
The service is available in every county and allows voters to get notified when their ballot is mailed, received and counted. Voters can receive their notifications through email, text or voice calls.
Voters can also see their history of previous mail ballots they used to vote in previous elections.

To use the service, registered voters must sign in with their first and last, date of birth and zip code. Once logged in, voters can see the four steps that the ballot takes on its path to getting counted.

I guess I don't have to take time to fill out my ballot this year as others have been kind enough to do it for me both early and often!
That is a fantastic idea.
They can see what Democrat they voted for, since that state is basically a single party system at the state level from what I understand.
Why waste any money mailing ballots. Just send them to the DNC to fill out.
Tracking a registered Republican’s vote:

The chubby crayons usually reserved for kindergarteners might give the Dems away.
They can track it.
That doesn’t mean that their vote will count.
It’s not about who votes anymore.
It’s about who counts the votes.
Just remember, for every ballot you have the commies have 100.
You are going to need a quad processor, to track all copies of the ballot.
So now all an AI program needs is name, date of birth, and zip code and it can identify all of the ballots that have not been mailed and can then cast a ballot in that voter’s name.
The convenience is absolutely brilliant. Go Zuck!
