Baker should be able to make a good showing of a selective and vindictive prosecution.
Steve has been covering the J6 riots and subsequent federal coverup in meticulous detail.

If there was any doubt the DOJ, it’s stuff like this that leaves no doubt.
I know what they are doing.
They will use this to set precedent.
They are attempting to create the “These people are not journalists!” rule, in effect, to eliminate them and only have their approved journalists from ABCNNBCBSNYTPBSFOX as accepted ‘real’ journalists.
They have gone full Marxist now..........................

Twofer. Eliminate the threat of indipendent journalists to the established media which is crumbling and imploding like the twin towers; and second, eliminate the threat of actual investigatve journalism to the execution of OPLAN 1984.
