When will judges start imposing monetary penalties against governments for willful violation of constitutional rights?
That is the norm for out here in CaCaLand.
The law is blattantly (what the ‘Ell is wrong with spellcheck?) illegal and Newsome knew it. But, he did what BeijingBiden did: put it in place and hope to damage political enemies before the law can make its way to SCOTUS.
