Yep. That was going to be my post. Now we always have to ask who paid for the study and how do they profit from the result.

This study involves human participants and was approved by the institutional review boards (IRB) of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the National Institute of Nutrition and Food Safety and the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
