I believe the VP takes over
In 1872 Horace Greely died between the election and when the electors met. A lot of them voted for the VP nominee. Three electors voted for Greely anyway and congress threw those votes out

Indeed, from watching and reading what most of the DemonRats are doing, it strikes me that there doesn’t seem to be any ordinary Plan B to replace Biden. especially since he has done such a superbly effective job of wrapping up the primaries and keeping everybody else off the ballot. That means, unless one of the DemonRats wants to do a Julius Caesar on him, he’s going to come into the convention with a majority of delegates who have been elected in the Democrats’ primaries. Absent a major health crisis for him, it looks like they’re going to have a devil of a time getting rid of him, and probably won’t be able to.
Biden has a plan. Silver just doesn’t seem to know about it.
He has the whole federal government enlisted to get out the vote for democrats. Plus he has numerous government funded non profits that will register the illegals and harvest their ballots.
The reason that top democrats don’t challenge biden is that he controls the whole voting machine.
They can’t get at the machine without going through biden and his wife.

If the candidate dies before the election, the party can instruct Electors chosen in his name to vote for a designated individual. Nobody "votes for President", they vote for a slate of Electors who then go ahead and choose the President.

Biden’s ego won’t allow him to bow out. Many states have candidate filing deadlines that have already passed, so the democrats are painting themselves into a corner and are getting past the time needed to make ANY changes.

What’s Nate’s track record?
It’s up to the party national committee. In this case the DNC. They could decide to kick the VP candidate “upstairs” to be the Prez candidate or they could just pick a new one. Remember political parties have no Constitutional or legal role they are private organizations. I am sure the handpicked Rat electors would do as their told.
He predicted Zero’s victory. His primary claim to fame as a political pollster. He leans very far left in his prognostication.
Biden couldn’t have met this standard three years ago. This is a flat deman that Biden Bow out. It’s hard to believe they aren’t going to force him out since it’s likely that they stand a better chance and will have a much easier time cheating ANYONE ELSE in.

Remember, we are not voting directly for a president or vice president. We are voting for the electors chosen by the party. If a candidate dies, the DNC or RNC will select a replacement and the electors will cast their votes for that person.
Well, we'd better get hot on mail-in ballots and ballot harvesting ourselves.
Trump has a problem. He's leading Biden by 13% of those not registered to vote and by 19% of those who have no intention of voting.
He needs to turn these people out to the polls by whatever means possible.
