That does sound like a good business opportunity, doesn't it?
I honestly cannot believe how STUPID the people in all levels of government are. Here's a typical "planning" session:
"I KNOW!! Let's tear down all of our reliable, low-cost energy infrastructure and replace it with intermittent, unreliable, high-cost Unicorns! AND, to make it even better, we'll make everybody convert everything to electricity!!"
