Well, no. Celtic sea salt is still sodium chloride...not potassium chloride.
Like Himalayan salt, it has many other trace elements that are beneficial. And it does not contain iodine like iodized table salt.

Sea salt is still mostly sodium.

Although...it does contain almost three times the potassium than table salt. I swore off iodized table salt and switched to Himalayan salt some years ago and it had a huge effect on lowering my BP.

I use Sea Salt in virtually everything that needs seasoning.
