Personally I support the death penalty for the massive robocall scammers.

the agency currently has a memorandum of understanding with 48 states to work together to combat robocalls.
That's been about as effective as Paramount fighting the placement of copyright Star Trek images on-line, or Metallica preventing the uploading of their music.
