Suspect stress added with tranquilizers such as fentanyl.
My nephew just passed away at age 30 from fentanyl overdose.
I blame Biden for open borders.

Since journalistic law requires that every car accident with a fatality requires stating whether the participants were wearing seat belts, as another Freeper stated all sudden unexplained deaths must require stating whether the dead person had the clot shot. Makes perfect sense to me
