Police tape and barricades went up Wednesday along the river near Crater Avenue and Dallas Street in Modesto, meant to keep the homeless out.

Wait! What if they're illegals? Aren't they allowed to do anything they want? Where's a bought-and-paid-for federal judge when you need one?

If I were closer I’d buy the cave and rent it out to the homeless for a penny a month. No drugs allowed though.
