This is darkly hilarious on many levels. It would make a great comedy skit - the incompetence of government, the bloated prog judicial bureaucracy, over-wrought social welfare bureaucrats, and of course, the man who can not be killed.
If anyone should have an existential crisis - its a murderer, on death row, who already survived one attempt at being executed.

It’s been scrubbed from youtube in English, but here is your comedy in Hebrew. An Israeli TV comedy show did an “execution of Eichmann” sketch.
It basically pokes fun at Jews for having no experience in executing people and having no clue how to hang someone.
And the very end, the guys finally agree that Eichmann was a “true professional at executions”.
The show was called “here come the Jews”.
It used to be watchable here when the internet was still free.
