Skiers and snowboarders were left stunned as an spectacular 'snownado' span across the slopes in Colorado.

Strong winds hit the mountains at Breckenridge Ski Resort over the weekend, leading to the tornado-like spiral of snow on January 13.

Yes, more like a snow devil. Swirling winds pinking up snow. The speeds are probably not anywhere near as close to an actual twister but very cool effect non the list.

That is a cool video of a dust devil (snow devil?).

Anyone from the Southwest knows that these winds can knock one down, pick up bounce houses and generally wreck havoc.
