Call me a pessimist but I see a potential Supreme Court involvement in the aftermath of the 2024 elections. Team Trump will not let go easily this time and the Supreme Court will try not to get involved to avoid a 2000 like scenario. The last thing Roberts would want is for the media to say the SC overturned the will of the people (assuming Biden wins the popular vote) and handed Trump the presidency. I am predicting a very chaotic post election 2024 with no decision for weeks / months.
