We wouldn’t want to make another Saturn V anyway. Most of the parts were hand made and included far more of them than modern rocket engines use.

I'm pretty sure that there are enough smart rocket scientists in the U.S. that can recreate the Saturn rockets, but even if not, we car recreate the moon landers and send them to orbit and to the moon with current rockets
Old technology and old science are not beyond the current minds. But still, getting to the moon doesn't have to be as complicated as it's being out to be.
