My heart is sensitive to artificial sweeteners, alcohol and certain drugs. I don’t think I would be a good candidate for HCQ, but that doesn’t mean it’s not fine for most people.
What are the particular and exact mechanisms in the HCQ causing the cardiac arrhythmias?
Amiodarone is used for arrhythmias not because a lot of Europeans have a reduction in arrhythmias after using amiodarone but because there is a particular mechanism in the substance that reduces arrhythmias of a particular type
For instance:
“Amiodarone blocks potassium currents that cause repolarization of the heart muscle during the third phase of the cardiac action potential. As a result amiodarone increases the duration of the action potential as well as the effective refractory period for cardiac cells (myocytes).”
You show me that statement in relation to the opposite effect from HCQ and I will read on

You can now buy abortion pills over-the-counter. But a safe & effective life-saving drug like IVM is suppressed.

IIRC governor Cuomo in New York, was given a supply of hydroxychloroquine to run an experiment early in the pandemic. He sabotaged it by giving HCQ in isolation and very late in the progression of the disease. All this so that Trump would not get any credit, but could continue to be demonized for suggesting (in the left’s words) “horse paste”. Leftist Democrats have absolutely no conscience and do not seem to care if people die as long as they stay in power
My niece and a good friend of mine were on it for a rheumatoid arthritis and then they were both exposed to many times and literally everyone in there family circle got it at one time or another they never got it.
HCQ definitely helps. However, you are best with added zinc and azithromycin, for COVID.
IIRC the “studies” conducted at that time were very late in what often was untreated bacterial pneumonia, if not confounded with additional mistreatment, and often with killer dosages and/or no accompanying zinc. That is, the studies were rigged for bad outcomes.

My PA doc warned me about using HDC, due to my heart problems, and said to get Ivermectin if I could, but he couldn’t Rx it for me. It was easy enough to find. All the docs were under severe pressure to stay out of that 2020-21 COVID-19 mess.
And the mRNA jabs are said to have killed millions.
