The entire medical-industrial complex may be even worse than the military-industrial complex.

he did so without sufficient evidence of its effectiveness to that end and without the consideration of certain risks.

This is TRUE for every last parson that pushed or gave someone the FAKE VACCINE.

These medical boards have become entirely corrupted by big pharma and need to be reined in.

The FDA got into trouble for sanctioning physicians for giving clinical opinions. The SCOTUS said it’s overreach.
Now comes a entire State Medical Board, that sanctioned and attacked physicians because of HCQ and Ivermectin.

The sad part is that the Vaccines now appear to be potentially more dangerous than the disease, and multiple studies have demonstrated that Ivermectin was effective.

I guess using ‘Clinical Judgement’ and ‘Science’ isn’t an option in the medical political environment of today. Like the narcotic scandal of the 1990’s, brought on by the Clinton Administration ‘pain scales’ and threats to use narcotic liberally or loose a medical licence, Politics not doctors decide what is appropriate.

Government has ruined medicine.

What was their “misinformation”? Telling the truth? I never read about a Doctor that was disciplined for lying. It was only when they told the truth that the Medical Boards came down on them like a ton of bricks.

Excellent! I’ll bet also that these doctors had a much higher success rate than the fauci hypnotized “vaccine only” “doctors” did!

The FDA and CDC have a new motto and prime directive. “The only valid science is the science that coincides with the political narrative of the commissars.” There will be no tolerance of those who defy or do not obey.

I see

FDA can suppress and ignore VAERS phone shot injuries and deaths but a bunch of fat people who lose weight and probably want to kill themselves because they hadn't thought about the enormous expense in purchasing new wardrobe

https://www.cnn.com/2024/01/03/health/glp1-agonist-side-effects-fda/index.html

The FDA is “evaluating the need for regulatory action” after its FDA Adverse Event Reporting System or FAERS received reports of alopecia, or hair loss; aspiration, or accidentally breathing in things like food or liquid; and suicidal ideation in people using these medications.

“The appearance of a drug on this list does not mean that FDA has concluded that the drug has the listed risk,” the FAERS website notes. “It means that FDA has identified a potential safety issue, but it does not mean that FDA has identified a causal relationship between the drug and the listed risk.”

People who use these medications and have questions or concerns about side effects should speak with their health care provider, the FDA says.

“The FDA monitors the safety of drugs throughout their life cycle, including post-approval. In addition, the FDA maintains a system of postmarketing surveillance and risk assessment programs to identify and evaluate adverse events that did not appear during the drug development process,” the agency told CNN on Wednesday. “If newly identified safety signals are identified, the FDA will determine what, if any, actions are appropriate after a thorough review of available data.”

Sure they would

My take on this is the only thing that one of these physicians did wrong was not explain the different treatments available, and have the patient make the decision. Withholding that information is malpractice.
