Doctors could always prescribed ivermectin.

Health systems refused to allow it because it was left off the list of covered countermeasures which meant there was no liability protection accruing to its prescription.

Why was ivermectin left off, not included in the list of covered countermeasures...?

Inquiring minds STILL want to know.

N/i> If they did here in Washington State and many other locations they risked losing their medical licenses. Pharmacists were encouraged not to fill ivermectin prescriptions if they suspected it was to be used as a treatment for Covid.

Because if there were effective counter measures, the EUA would no longer be valid, and Fauci and Friends would be out a lot of money.
