For the super rich banksters, the ultimate game is divide and conquer (without doing any actual fighting themselves). I think Soros was seen at least 50 years ago as a potential frontman. He has served them well, and has been rewarded through the years.
Jarrett and Obama are just willing to do the political dirty work because, like the Clintons and Pelosi, it’s their ticket to wealth and power, but at a couple tiers lower than Soros.
