Gotta take the Vitamin K with the D. For every 1000IUs of D or D3, take 100mcg of K2-MK7 and 100mcg of K2-MK4. Or eat a whole bunch of Broccoli or Spinach with some fat.

Yes, I agree. At least 100mcg of K2 is mandatory, forgot to list that.
