A quick search of the internet shows that the the EU considers a "fatal concentration" of fentanyl in blood toxicology reports to be >2ng/ml. The DAs in the states of Delaware and PA consider it to be >3 ng/ml

Floyd had 11 ng/ml.

Correct. There was even evidence both in Floyds vehicle and in the back of the squad where he attempted to ingest the drugs and either spit some out or coughed them up when he was having trouble breathing BEFORE they put him on the ground to await EMS.

That s not correct at all.

It is 2 mg, not 2 ng.

A nano gram is 1/1000th of a microgram. And a microgram is 1/1000th of a milligram.

Fentanyl patches range from 12 to 100 micrograms.

If 2 nano grams would kill you, the patches would kill everyone who is prescribed them.
