Similar apparently applies to Ukraine... $120B and counting just from the US, perhaps another $80B from others. Pushing for NATO entry.
I hate to say it but the world might be better off if the USA went broke and stopped all foreign aid to all the world. Do you think China will step in to give away money? If America was tossed into depression and broke—how long would China survive? If we fall, we take the whole world with us. How long could Israel survive without US aid? Or Mexico? or England? It looks like this might be in the works.
