SV40 is a simian virus. It contaminated an early polio virus series because it was in the Vero green monkey kidney tissue that grew the polio virus used to create the vaccine.
mRNA for the Covid vaccines are grown in bacteria, not green monkey tissue. SV40 doesn’t live in bacteria.
