I wish you health, fellow Ukrainians!
Today, a considerable part of our country is facing extremely difficult weather conditions. The situation is particularly difficult in the southern regions of Ukraine. Our units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the National Police, utilities and local authorities are working around the clock and will continue to do so.
I ask all Ukrainian citizens in the areas affected by the bad weather to be as cautious as possible. If necessary, please contact the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the National Police, and our other state and municipal agencies. Our power engineers will restore electricity supply to all cities and villages that are currently experiencing temporary power outages due to the weather as soon as possible.
As of now, these are about 400 settlements in ten regions. In particular, operational headquarters have already been deployed and are currently functioning in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, and Kyiv regions. Special vehicles have been deployed to the roads where needed. I would like to thank everyone who is working now and will continue to work tomorrow to protect us from this bad weather and to restore normal living conditions in all our Ukrainian communities as soon as possible.
Now, when it is so difficult, in such conditions, we should all be especially grateful to those who defend our country, who carry out Ukrainian offensive operations, who are in combat positions, at combat posts, on duty in mobile fire groups and in all our other units that protect Ukraine, the life of our state and our independence.
Intense hostilities do not stop for a single hour in the Donetsk directions and in Kharkiv region – in the direction of Kupyansk. Our warriors are also holding their positions in the south of the country: Zaporizhzhia region, our Kherson region.
I want to thank everyone who rightly responds to Russian terrorist attacks, who repels enemy assaults even now – in such conditions.
Soldier Oleh Danylchenko, a combat medic of the 110th separate mechanized brigade, Senior Soldier Oleksiy Tokariev and Junior Sergeant Mykola Tyshchenko, both of the 53rd separate mechanized brigade, Senior Soldier Yaroslav Bazil and Junior Sergeants Ihor Ponomarenko and Serhiy Kashyrin, all three of the 118th separate mechanized brigade, Soldier Andriy Shabelnyk of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade, Sergeant Andriy Tarhoniy of the 80th separate air assault brigade, Junior Sergeant Ihor Shapran of the 92nd separate assault brigade, and soldier Oleksandr Voronenko of the 57th separate motorized infantry brigade particularly distinguished themselves this week.
I thank each of you, warriors, all your brothers-in-arms, everyone who helps our brigades, all Ukrainian defense and security forces, who works in our defense production facilities, who supplies everything needed by Ukraine and our people, who tends the wounded, trains our warriors, and organizes volunteer fundraisers for the sake of Ukrainian strength.
We cannot stand aloof from defense. And glory to all our people who understand this, who fight, who work and help for the sake of Ukraine and Ukrainians! We are strong in unity.

Day 641 of the russian full-scale military aggression against Ukraine continues.
During the day of November 26, there were 46 combat engagements. The enemy launched a total of 33 air strikes, 45 MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Russian terrorist attacks have unfortunately resulted in injuries among civilians. Private residential buildings as well as other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged. Moreover, the russian occupiers attacked Ukraine with 5 Shahed-136/131 strike UAVs, 4x drones were shot down by Ukrainian air defense.
The operational situation in eastern and southern Ukraine remains difficult.
VOLYN and POLISSYA AXIS: no significant changes. No signs of formation of an offensive group. Certain units of the armed forces of belarus continue their missions in the areas bordering Ukraine.
SIVERSHCHYNA and SLOBOZHANSHCHYNA AXIS: the adversary maintains its military presence in the areas of russia bordering Ukraine. The enemy continues its sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shelling Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia and increases the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine. The invaders launched an air strike near the settlement of Seredyna-Buda. Around 20 settlements came under enemy artillery and mortar fire, including Semenivka, Klyusy, Yeline, (Chernihiv oblast), Volfyne, Seredyna-Buda, Basivka, Popivka (Sumy oblast), Kozacha Lopan, Hraniv, Budarky (Kharkiv oblast).
KUPYANSK AXIS: the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the vicinities of Synkivka (Kharkiv oblast) and Novoselivka (Luhansk oblast), where Ukrainian defenders repelled 6x attacks. The invaders fired artillery and mortars at the settlements of Kamyanka, Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Berestove (Kharkiv oblast).
LYMAN AXIS: the adversary made failed assaults in the area of Serebryanske forestry. The invaders launched an air strike near Spirne (Donetsk oblast). The occupiers fired artillery and mortars at around 10x settlements, including Nevs’ke, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Torske, Serebryanka, Verkhn’okamyanske, Spirne, Rozdolivka (Donetsk oblast).
BAKHMUT AXIS: the invaders made assaults with air support near Klishchiyivka, Andriyivka and east of Pivnichne (Donetsk oblast), where Ukrainian defenders repelled 7 attacks. The adversary launched air strikes in the vicinities of Bohdanivka, Klishchiyivka, Toretsk, Pivnichne (Donetsk oblast). Around 10 settlements, including Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiyivka, New York (Donetsk oblast), came under artillery and mortar fire.
AVDIYIVKA AXIS: the invaders made assaults with air support east of Novobakhmutivka, south of Novokalynove, Sjeverne, Stepove, Avdiyivka and Pervomaiske (Donetsk oblast), to no success. Ukrainian defenders repelled 24 attacks in the area. The enemy fired artillery and mortars at around 10 settlements, including Sjeverne, Netailove, Avdiyivka, Pervomaiske (Donetsk oblast).
MARYINKA AXIS: the adversary made unsuccessful assaults with air support in the vicinities of Maryinka and Novomykhailivka (Donetsk oblast), where Ukrainian defenders repelled 4 attacks. Around 10 settlements, including Heorhiivka, Maryinka, Novomykhailivka, Pobjeda (Donetsk oblast) were under artillery and mortar fire of the occupiers.
SHAKHTARSKE AXIS: the adversary conducted no offensives. The enemy launched air strikes in the vicinities of Staromaiorske and Urozhaine (Donetsk oblast). Around 10 settlements, including Vodyane, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, Urozhaine (Donetsk oblast), came under artillery and mortar fire.
ZAPORIZHZHIA AXIS: the enemy made no offensive actions. More than 15 settlements, including Hulyaipole, Levadne, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne (Zaporizhzhia oblast), came under artillery and mortar fire.
KHERSON AXIS: the enemy fired artillery at the city of Kherson. The invaders launched an air strike in the vicinity of the settlement of Krynky (Kherson oblast).
Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold their ground on the left bank of the Dnipro River (Kherson oblast), and continue to inflict fire on the enemy.
During the day of November 26, Ukrainian Air Force launched 3 strikes on concentrations of troops, weapons and military equipment of the occupiers.
The Ukrainian missile troops hit 1 concentration of troops, weapons and military equipment of the russian invaders.
