How much does the State of Washington let them steal before it’s a felony?

Theft 2nd Degree

A theft offense is classified as theft in the second degree if the value of the property or services stolen exceeds $750 but is less than $5,000. The theft of an access device, such as a card, code, or other form of account access, is also considered theft of the 2nd degree. Theft in the second degree is a Class C felony that is punishable by a maximum of 5 years in jail and a $10,000 fine.

I don’t think Seattle cops can chase them unless they are violent felons. “Just” crashing into a store isn’t violent enough I don’t think.

I believe it’s $750. But they’re typical lefty extremists when it comes to equal prosecution. I’ve seen videos of Wypipo getting arrested but rarely see bothering the ferals.

When I was still working business would bring me to town. I ALWAYS packed, even in direct defiance of my employer (of course I never revealed that info to them).

You couldn’t pay me enough to ever go back.
