We have had some major problems with items we’ve ordered getting lost in shipment. Several ordered from Amazon that “went astray”. Amazon reshipped and we received those, but where this stuff goes...?
Amazon drivers sometimes are some shady characters. I think they randomly keep stuff. While I was delivering one day there was an Amazon driver smoking a joint not realizing he was on camera. That same day he took out a covered parking awning.
I’ve been the recipient of a lot of that stuff. Including a cheap student violin, drinking glasses, sex toys, hair pieces, deodorizing powder, and some other stuff I forget. This went on for several weeks and stopped abruptly.. I stopped calling Amazon because every time I do they just say OK forget about it. Just keep it. we have no way of telling what got shipped to your house who ordered it And they won’t take it back. I was tempted to put in a big garbage bag and just go drop it off at one of the distribution centers, but donated it instead.
