I have concluded to ignore all of these studies and instead to simply eat a large variety of things in moderation.
Excellent advice. "All things in moderation"
I recently read an article indicating that berries, blueberries, blackberries etc. are more nutritious when purchased frozen, than fresh berries. Frozen berries are flash frozen when picked at the height of ripeness and maintain their nutritive value until purchased.
Fresh berries are picked before they ripen to allow for transportation to the market, and sometimes they don't get to the markets in time before they start to spoil.

“All things in moderation”
I always thought that was a little extreme.
