As if the Philadelphia Flyers' deranged, orange, hellbeast of a mascot couldn't get any more terrifying - he got his hands on an alligator.
But this is no ordinary alligator: this is an emotional support alligator, one of the finest creatures to enter the City of Brotherly Love.
Just before a game against the Carolina Hurricanes, Flyers mascot Gritty was seen holding 'Wally', an emotional support alligator, during the game.

Go Gators??? Wally needs to make an appearance at The Swamp. Article does not say if Wally made it through the night or was converted into belts.

What low has this country come to when far far too many people are so emotionality stunted they need a pet with them 24/7 to get thru their lives?
You say OMG! its WW3, like its a bad thing.. WW3 would be cleaning up a lot of junk akin to the show hoarders when they clean out a house.

The professional sports mascot is attracting attention to himself. What a jerk, he should be more low-key.

I loved The Broad Street Bullies, the first hockey team I cheered for.
They brought the whole city of Philadelphia together, when the rest of the Philly teams stank. Even black people in Philly loved them.
