Fact check: Trump didn’t engage in insurrection/rebellion — plus the relevant 14th Amendment clause doesn’t apply to the president.
All of the lawsuits should be dismissed immediately. There has not been a conviction of engaging in “insurrection or “rebellion” (nor can there ever be). All of these super-partisan courts are completely and intentionally disregarding the mandatory “ripeness” doctrine, and by doing so, depriving the Defendant of Due Process of law, violating 5th Amendment rights.
