Yeah. If this was a Zoom meeting, there might be ways to hack in, but usually this stuff happens because the meeting wasn't set up correctly (requiring people wanting to join the meeting to be approved by the admin). Of course, this being a gov't meeting, a rule like that might violate Sunshine laws or something. The admin can also disconnect meeting participants, but, if it was really hacked (and if this was Zoom)... Couldn't tell, because the full story is behind a paywall.
