My guess is that with misdemeanors they don’t lose their law licenses. And I’d guess they could get crushed financially fighting the government/deep state. So, take the plea and move on with life.
Yeah and make sure she gets the crocodile tears in there and forget about what she REALLY should be doing - taking care of her husband, children and home.
(Obviously, I hate popular culture and conventional wisdom both of which side with the destruction of the family and society.)
