Over the years I've found Asian peoples I've known and worked with to be incredibly racist , especially towards blacks.

The American media re-fabricated racism around 1964, after it was used invented around 1900. Other countries don’t necessarily understand or are probably not aware of American defined racism because countries like Japan consist of 99.99% one race. I would wager those countries probably treat other races as they would their own and according to the behavior of the person.
