I wouldnt be so sure. Islam is one weird cult. Theres some kind of rule that the imams can find what allows someone to do anything, even the forbidden stuff, as long as it somehow hurts non muslims.
Do you remember when that imam issued a fatwa stating that men having anal sex isnt necessarily homosexuality as long as you promise you didnt enjoy it and that the REAL reason you were doing it was to expand the capacity of your...bomb bay?
Maybe she could convince one of the imams to look up that rule.
