When I was growing up in the stone age, tattooed women were akin to the bearded lady in the circus.
they cooked burgers at little tavern
they were prison tats
My husband has several tattoos. On him, they look rugged and sexy.
I have several female friends with tattoos. One friend tattooed the names of her children in a circle around her ankle. I understand that. Another tattooed a small cross on her wrist. Again, I understand why.
But as a woman, I still don’t like the way they look on women. Personally, I would never get one.
