I guess October 9th is Leif Erickson Day. Didn’t know that.

Columbus Day was always October 12th anyway.

So they do both have their own day, as they should!

This year's media spin is since Columbus didn't get here first, he shouldn't have any commemoration. No joke, heard that grousing about it all day.
