IMHO, Gaetz was being a brat in that set. Maria takes orders from no one; she’s the best in the business, the best I’ve ever seen. She sees no sense in the reckless “give me all I want or I knock the chessboard to the floor” posture.

That was one of the best debates I’ve seen recently. Gaetz nailed it, time and time again. I dont care if Maria was right or wrong, Gaetz made his arguments clearly, in plain english and to the point. Very few on the right are as smooth.

Anyone who knows the first thing about negotiating is that they are never settled until the very end or shortly after the expiration of the agreement.
