Any tips on overwintering root vegetables? I’m trying rutabagas, turnips, carrots and onions in zone 6b. If it works, I could have something growing 365 days a year.

There's a great book called 'Root Cellaring' that I highly recommend. I have the PERFECT spot for a Root Cellar in our fieldstone basement, but it is full of BOY STUFF right now, and 'someone' isn't giving up that space. Yet! ;)
