” from an EV 150 that can’t haul a load back from the grocery store”

———————30,000 Pound Tractor Pull-——————

The EV responds by pulling the sled a very solid 231 feet. The Rivian uses its torque advantage and a better set of tires – all-terrains, to go a little bit further with a run of 246 feet. Compare that to these truck’s closest ICE competitors – the 6,500 and 5,500-pound stock classes, which range from 220 to 261 feet, and both would theoretically be quite competitive.

An EV truck with a towing range of 231 feet sounds about right.
