Watch the video. You can see her vape and be on her phone during the performance. And by that point in the video, security was already next to her seat ready to escort her out. That probably means she had been acting badly for far longer. So please stop with the pearl-clutching language. She wasn’t arrested for anything, but her behavior is indicative of the entitled narcissistic behavior for which she is becoming famous.
