I pretty much reached that point. I really wanted to have a choice in the primaries, but I just don’t see it.

I voted ‘Rat in 2022 for Congress critters. [I knew it would make no difference and it din’t.]
I believe it. Trump voters don’t care what happens to the country. Loyalty is one-way. Trump didn’t serve in the military. Neither did his adult sons. As to whether the country goes to hell, it won’t, because it won’t stay a country. Florida, Texas and other states will secede, and they’ll do fine. This history books will figure it out. The country ended because of Trump.
Does it contain numbers for republicans that might be “never Trump” and either won’t vote, vote D or write in someone?
If Trump loses in 2024, I honestly wonder how many people here will harm themselves .
If Trump had not been indicted I might have considered someone else but now I am supporting Trump to spite the indictments. I will also support him if convicted. I will not have this country run as a banana republic that uses the law to destroy the opposition.

‘We The People’ shed the Whig Party when we needed to, didn’t we? The Whig Party was every bit the RINO and Socialist Democrat-Enabler Quislings that we have, today!
I’ve voted Republican all my adult life, since Ronald Reagan. But if the course of the GOP is what we are seeing now, I’m not too concerned if they survive or not. And the counter-argument is that if we don’t vote GOP. we’ll be turning over the government to the Democrats. Well, as far as I can tell, the GOP isn’t doing much to stop them, so what difference will it make if I sit it out from now on?
I will never vote for anyone but Trump. Full.stop. Not that there’s going to be a 2024 election to vote in. I’m mms guess that “full 4 year pause” Trump is talking about is how long it will take to fix the country so we can have a free and fair election.
I honestly wonder how many GOP’ers here will continue with their normalcy bias and keep strategizing about how Pence, Christie, et al will turn things around.
