That's the sort of score when you're TRYING to fail the test, but aren't smart enough to know what all the correct answers are.

When I was in AF BMT, one of the classes that I was in involved testing with various.parameters.... some that we try to deliberately fail, in whatever way we thought would work. They were looking for ways in which draftees might deliberately fail tests. This was early ‘80s. I guess they’ve gone a different route...just take dumber volunteers.

The tests for enlisted personnel are all multiple choice, with four possible answers, as I recall. Let that sink in. 10%? Wow. A crow ought to grt 25%. In the classes I mentioned above, you’d have to know the correct answer to deliberately get a lowball score of 10%.
