Hard to judge Cottage Cheese brands...hundreds of local dairies (if not thousands) nationwide...around here (near FR HQ) there is “Producers” and “Knudsen” in addition to the nationwide brands.

Some of the best around here is Borden, Highland and perhaps Braum's all in small curd with all the good stuff left in, no low fat crap, and a goodly amount of free liquid not the old dried up junk.

Daisy is like eating some alum laced paste. How can you make something so good taste so bad?
