They placed a “14-year-old girl in a group home for boys.”??!! The reason that most “boys” are in “group homes” is because they have been in trouble for God knows what already. No one can keep an eye on all of these ruffians all the time. Placing a “confused” 14-year-old girl in this type of situation is criminal negligence.
