This goes back to the values his parents put in him. His dad ran the washington state planned parenthood branch.
Bill didn’t think enough people were being murdered through abortion, and he didn’t think they were making enough money off murdering them. He wanted the rubes to also think they were doing something good so they’d line up for it and willingly pay, and demand others do so as well.
